We were delighted when the Lansdowne's new owners approached us to rebrand the well-known Upper Antrim Road hotel.
Shifting existing public perception-
The owners were keen for the rebrand to completely shift the existing negative public perception of the hotel, to seeing the venue as a leader in promoting local entertainment for the city and somewhere which would save its neighbouring community from travelling into Belfast’s City Centre for a slice of entertainment and nightlife.
Crafting the visual identity-
Rather than provide the hotel with an unoriginal, common approach to branding, we wanted to hone in on the USP of the hotel’s local live music offering and present this within its visual identity.
Building the brand-
As well as providing a new tone and personality for the hotel, we were also tasked with crafting a brand identity for the Lansdowne’s wedding offering.
Paperjam scripted and directed the photography, chose the photographer and model, and designed all of the hotel’s wedding material. This was then used to tease the Lansdowne’s grand Summer re-opening, as well as being showcased to prospective couples at various wedding fayres across Northern Ireland.
